1. Payment Terms:

(a) Full payment for participation in a Program is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Digital CourseAI.

(b) Programs that include a trial window will grant access to the trial period only after full payment has been made.

2. Refund Policy During Trial Window:

(a) During the trial window, students may request a refund of the Program Fees paid within 2 days of registration.

(b) Refund requests during the trial window will be considered by Digital CourseAI, subject to approval and satisfaction of Digital CourseAI.

Digital CourseAI reserves the right to apply charges to refunded amounts as decided from time to time.

(c) Once the trial window has closed, no refunds will be allowed for any reason whatsoever.

(d) Regardless of attendance or participation in the Program after the trial window, refunds will not be granted.
