1. Payment Terms:
  • Full payment for participation in a Program is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Digital CourseAI.
  • Programs that include a trial window will grant access to the trial period only after full payment has been made.
2. Refund Policy During Trial Window:
  • During the trial window, students may request a refund of the Program Fees paid within 15 working days of registration.
  • Refund requests during the trial window will be considered by Digital CourseAI, subject to approval and satisfaction of Digital CourseAI.
  • Digital CourseAI reserves the right to apply charges to refunded amounts as decided from time to time.
  • Once the trial window has closed, no refunds will be allowed for any reason whatsoever.
  • Regardless of attendance or participation in the Program after the trial window, refunds will not be granted.
  • No refund will be issued if the student/candidate has accessed or completed more than 10% of the course content on the learning platform.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the student has accessed less than 10% of the course and has raised the refund request within the eligible refund period as per the policy.
  • Access percentage includes watching video lectures, downloading materials, or participating in live sessions.
