1. Shipping Policy

Since Digital CourseAI provides digital learning products and online training services, there are no physical shipments involved.

Upon successful enrollment or purchase, you will receive:

  1. Instant access to your course dashboard via email.
  2. A confirmation email containing login credentials, course access links, and support details.
  3. For some premium or diploma programs, access credentials may take up to 24–48 hours after payment verification.

If you haven’t received access within 48 hours, please contact our admin team at admin@digitalcourseai.com with your payment receipt or order ID.

2. Exchange & Replacement Policy

As Digital CourseAI provides digital content and non-tangible educational materials, exchanges or replacements are handled differently from physical products.

You are eligible for exchange/replacement if:

  1. You were enrolled in the wrong course due to a technical error or duplicate transaction.
  2. You purchased a course but received incorrect access (e.g., another program was activated).
  3. The course link or content access is not functioning properly, and the issue cannot be resolved by our technical team.

In such cases, Digital CourseAI will:
✅ Exchange your access to the correct course, or
✅ Provide a replacement course of equal value (if the original course is unavailable).

3. Refunds
  • Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where access to the course was never delivered due to a system error and could not be restored.
